Basecamp Research is a UK-based biotech company that leverages both the natural world and AI to develop unique solutions for life sciences. With the world’s largest biological database, BCR has created a digital twin of the Earth and is building technology with unlimited applications.
Our remit was to showcase the full potential and possibility of what Basecamp Research can do: capturing wonder and exploration. In partnership with our motion artists, we developed an immersive universe to tell the story of organic and technical worlds converging. From a single protein derived from our planet, to complex molecules and therapies — most of Basecamp Research’s efforts have direct benefits on health and our understanding of the human condition.
BCR also lead the frontier in data collection and analytical rigor. We bring this to life through technical visual cues and a bespoke cut on the Parabole typeface. Balancing scientific precision with an artful, ambient colour palette inspired by mother nature.
