401 Park: A cathedral of commerce.
401 Park.
A one million square-foot hub in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood. Originally built in 1928 as a Sears, Roebuck and Company distribution center, it sold anything from horse shoes to pre-fabricated houses. After its $250m refurbishment, the building now hosts Time Out Market, a new community park, and a skating rink. 401 Park is a symbol of the industrial neighborhood’s signature grit and innovative pace.
